| Honzar cloud burst: One more body found, 18 still missing | | | Asif Iqbal Naik

Jammu, Oct 5: After more than two months since the major cloudburst hit remote Honzar village of Dachhan in Kishtwar District, another dead body was today found by the police from Anathnalla taking the death toll to eight while 18 people are still missing.
The senior police officials told the Early Times that, information was received that one body was found near one km ahead of Donagrari Anathnalla River believed to be Hounzer cloud burst missing person.
Later on police team took the body into custody and on identification, the locals identified the deceased as 45 year old Bashir Ahmed S/O Rustam Ali Tantray R/o Hounzar Anathnalla Dachhan, an employee of Wildlife Department, who was missing after cloud burst struck on intervening night of 27/28 July 2021.
The body was shifted to PHC Dachhan for autopsy and other legal formalities before it was handed over to the family members for burial. |
