| GDC Khour organizes online quiz on "Mahatma Gandhi & Indian Freedom Movement" | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, Oct 5: An online quiz competition was organized by the NSS & NCC units of Government Degree College (GDC) Khour under the vision of 'Azadi Ka Amrut Mahotsav' and 'Clean India Mission', to commemorate 152nd birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi. More than hundred Students participated in the quiz which was focused on the role of Gandhi in Indian Freedom Struggle. Barbie Sharma, Varsha Rajput, Kajal Devi, Shagun Choudhary and Manat Bhau, were among the top scorers. The aim of the quiz was to make aware the students regarding the eminent role played by the Mahatma in India's Struggle for Independence. The quiz was organized by NSS Programme Officer, Prof Gurvinder Kour and NCC Officer Prof Arun Sharma under the supervision of Professor Rama Badyal, Principal of the college. Principal of the college congratulated the participants for their participation in the quiz competition and appreciated the team for organizing the event. |
