BHADERWAH, Oct 18: Additional Deputy Commissioner Bhaderwah, Rakesh Kumar today finalised arrangements for celebration of the forthcoming Iconic Week festivals in a meeting with key departments here at Teligarh resort.
It was informed that the mega event is being organised under Azadi Ka Amrut Mahotsav and scheduled to be held on October 26 & October 29 at Bhaderwah which would witness cultural nights and Musical carnivals.
During the meeting threadbare discussion was held with regard to the finalisation of venue, decoration of stage, safety and security measures, traffic management, parking facility, list of invitees, lodging of VVIPs, Artists, besides availability of other essential services on the scheduled days and dates.
The ADC has also informed that in case of unfavourable weather conditions the venue shall be Community Hall. |
