JAMMU, Nov 18: A delegation of All J&K Plus 2 Officers Association submitted a memorandum to Principal Secretary, School Education Department B K Singh and discussed in detail every point and said that formal orders are awaited for redressal of all demands, even some favorable instructions got issued on spot.
The delegation demanded MACP to Plus 2 Lecturers cadre @ 6600, 7600 and 8700 be sanctioned and released as per the other counterparts in all other departments getting since long. About 1456 more lecturers needed to be placed as senior lecturers as per SRO 481.Proper and suitable adjustments of all lecturers unadjusted/rendered surplus in ATD 21 or surplus due to non availability of posts at an earliest as all these lecturers are without salary for the last 5 to 6 months and their salary be released immediately till their suitable postings.
The tenure of the postings for next ATD 2022 be finalized before the start of the filling up of online forms and be treated as at least three years at all stations irrespective of rural or urban and one year at hard or far-flung areas.
All posts of ZEOs be filled up out of senior lecturers as Zonal Education Officers and senior lecturers are equivalent posts.
Transfers of genuine lecturers and principals working outside their districts and hard zones including Bani, Ramban, Doda, Mandi, Buffliaz to nearby their residences or districts as far as possible and placement of newly promoted/ assigned look after principals be adjusted on their posts. |
