| Jalotra Biradari discusses arrangements for annual congregation | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, Jan 20: A meeting of Jalotra Brahmin Biradari held today under the chairmanship of Kuldeep Raj Sharma and discussed the arrangements to be made on the celebration of annual congregation which is scheduled to be held on January 22 (Saturday).
It was decided that the Pooja and Hawan at Devsthan shall start at 9:00 am with Puranhoti at 11:00 am. General house Darbar of Jalotra Brahmin Biradari shall be held at 12:00 noon to 2:00 pm to be followed by community langar. In this behalf the Executive body of Biradari has appealed to the community members residing in J&K and outside the state to participate in the annual congregation with enthusiasm and seek blessings of the deities. Besides all prominent persons residing adjoining to the area have also been requested to share the community langar on the annual day congregation and observe COVID-19 guidelines which are mandatory. |
