JAMMU, Feb 3: Fixing of tiles in open space near Community Hall at Christian Colony New Plots in Ward No 16 began today. The total sanctioned amount for the work is Rs 7.10 lakh. The function was organized by All India Masih Seva Dal (AIMSD) under the leadership of its president Camres David Babbloo.
Councillor Ward No 16 Rajinder Sharma was the chief guest on the occasion while Marcus Gill Vice Chairman All India Masih Seva Dal presided over the function.
Rajinder Sharma, the chief guest, laid the foundation stone for fixing of Paver tiles in open space near Community Hall.
Speaking on the occasion, President of AIMSD demanded reservation for Christian community in J&K UT. He also demanded for a Christian Colony besides revival of J&K Minority Commission. Those who attended the function included Cornelius Gill ASO JMC Suresh Sotra, Anil Mattoo, Sushil Magotra JE W.No 16, Sourav Sotra Youth Wing President W.No 16, Sachin Sotra, Saris Mattoo, Martin Gill, Rahul Gill and others. |
