President extends term of Advocate Vishal Sharma as ASGI for three years | | | Early Times Report JAMMU, Feb 3: President Ram Nath Kovid has extended the term of Advocate Vishal Sharma as Assistant Solicitor General of India for a period of three years for Jammu wing of the High Court of Jammu & Kashmir. An order to this effect has been issued by the Ministry of Law & Justice Government of India. Earlier in January 2019, Advocate Sharma was engaged as Assistant Solicitor General of India for a period of three years for the Jammu wing of the High Court of Jammu & Kashmir which term expired in January 2022 and now his term has been extended by the President of India for a further period of three years. Advocate Sharma started practizing in the High Court of Jammu & Kashmir in 1997 and has also served as Additional Advocate General for the then state of Jammu & Kashmir in 2015. |
