JAMMU, Feb 7: Lauding the initiatives being taken to generate awareness about themes like cleanliness through various modes of communication, Senior BJP leader Devender Singh Rana on Monday exuded confidence that Jammu youth will play their designated role for betterment of the society.
“Films are a powerful medium to reach out to the society with social messages”, Mr Rana said while releasing Andhera Ujhala, a short film on
‘Swachh Bharat’ showcasing an inspiring story to send a message to citizens about sanitation and its linkages with public health.
Produced by renowned actor and artist Dharun Kesar, Andhera Ujhala features him in the lead role with local talent playing different roles and assisting in various departments of the production.
Rana complimented Dharun Kesar and his team while acknowledging the abundant talent available in Jammu in every field, be it art or music, sports or athletes, and said given opportunity they will prove second to none.
