Elderly woman blames BJP for her miserable condition
'Instead of providing relief to poor people in pandemic, this Govt disconnected our power supply'

Early Times Report
jammu, Feb 16: Accusing Bhartiya Janta Party (BJP) of making her life miserable for its anti people policies, an elderly woman of Nai Basti said that instead of providing relief to the poor who suffered a lot during this COVID, their power supply disconnected and given hefty power bills.
"It has been three years now that we are facing difficulties due to the pandemic as the business of my children has suffered a huge loss due to which we could not pay electricity bills thereby the PDD team disconnected our power connection," she said while narrating her ordeal.
She said that the Congress regime in the centre was far better than the present BJP Government. "Congress government in Centre as well as in erstwhile State never put burden on common man. PDD has been asking us to deposit one lakh for restoring their connection. How can we deposit such a big amount when it has become difficult for us to meet both ends," she said.
We will not allow any BJP leader to enter our area during elections. Kavinder Gupta didn't turn up here after winning elections whereas Congress leader Raman Bhalla always took care of all people of the constituency when he was MLA, she said further adding that they had made heavy mistakes by giving support and vote to BJP as it has failed on all fronts.
Unemployed youths are on road and staging protests for employment but the government has turned its eyes on this grave issue due to which there is every possibility that these youths will be distracted from the right path, she added.
