SRINAGAR, Mar 22: A six-year-old boy died on Tuesday after he drowned in a canal at Soibugh, officials said.
Shahid Farooq Malla, of Kamapora Soibugh in Central Kashmir's Badgam district drowned after he slipped and fell into the canal while playing near it.
The boy's body was recovered by the locals and taken to a nearby hospital where he was declared brought dead, they added. |
