Kashmiri Pandit shot at, injured in Shopian | | | Early Times Report
Srinagar, Apr 4: A Kashmiri Pandit was shot and injured by militants in south Kashmir’s Shopian district, official sources said on Monday. They said militants fired upon a shopkeeper named Sonu Kumar at Chotogam, Shopian this evening. “He has been shifted to hospital,” an official said. Senior security officials have rushed to the area. Police is yet to issue a statement on this attack. This is the fourth attack by militants in Kashmir during the last 24 hours. These attacks have left a CRPF man dead and five others including four non local labourers wounded. |
