| Man, woman among 4 die in separate incidents across Jammu | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, Apr 20: A man and a woman among four persons died in separate incidents across Jammu region, police here said on Wednesday. Police said that a man and a woman were found dead inside a car in the Darsoo area of Udhampur district.
On Tuesday night a man and a woman were found unconscious inside a car parked along the roadside, police added.
The duo was shifted to the hospital but doctors declared them as brought dead, police added and said that they were residents of Samba district.
Meanwhile in another incident, a woman died whereas two other persons sustained injuries in a car accident at Tralla Rehan on Rajouri-Kotranka road.
The car skidded-off at Tralla gorge and met with an accident that resulted into death of a woman and injuries to two others.
However, a truck driver was killed after a vehicle he was driving rolled down into a deep gorge near Khooni nullah along Srinagar-Jammu highway in Ramban district. The truck was on its way towards Srinagar when it fell into a deep gorge. The deceased driver was identified as Kalvinder Singh of Shahjahanpur, Uttar Pradesh, police added. |
