| Soldier killed, 2 wounded in Ganderbal accident | | |

SRINAGAR, Apr 30: A soldier was killed and two others were wounded in a road accident in central Kashmir's Ganderbal district on Saturday, officials said. They said an Army vehicle part of a convoy from Srinagar to Sonamarg turned turtle at Sumbal Bala Gund area of Kangan at around 1230 hours.
"A soldier was killed in the accident and two others sustained critical injuries," they said. The identity of the slain could not be established immediately. The injured soldiers have been shifted to a hospital. |
