Sec 144 Cr.P.C imposed around examination centers 8/13/2016 10:33:38 PM Early Times Report Kathua, Aug 13: In order to maintain public peace and tranquility in and outside the examination centres and to prevent the menace of copying and the entry of such miscreants, mischief mongers and other undesirable and unconcerned elements, Additional District Magistrate Kathua Bharat Bhushan in exercise of the powers vested in him imposed restrictions under section 144 Cr. P.C around examination centres of District Kathua within the radius of 100 meters in order to ensure fair and smooth conduct of the examination. The restrictions is imposed in view of upcoming Class X and Class XIIth examination bi annual session 2016 private for winter zone in Jammu Province to be conducted by Jammu & Kashmir State Board of School Education (JKBOSE) w.e.f 17-08-2016 and 20-08-2016 at 11 AMrespectively in the district.
