Jammu, Aug 13: A Vaishnodevi-bound pilgrim died after apparently suffering a heart attack in Katra town of Reasi district here, police said today. 75-year-old Kushayalia, a resident of Maharashtra, fell unconscious yesterday at Ban Ganga area, en route the cave shrine. She was shifted to the health centre where doctors declared her brought dead, a police official said. He said the apparent cause of death seems to be a heart attack.A case has been registered in this connection and the body has been shifted to the mortuary. |
