Early Times Report

Kathua, Nov 28: Two ministers had a heated argument in a review meeting of District Administration in Kathua. Sham Choudhary, PHE minister and Ch. Lal Singh, Forest minister clashed with each other when Sham Choudhary accused the latter of violating the protocol of the meeting.
During the meeting when it was turn of Ch. Lal Singh to apprise the board members of situation of his constituency Basohli, he began to boast his achievements as health minister. At this, Sham Choudhary being the chairman of the board meeting interrupted him twice and advised him to discuss about his constituency as the other MLAs did. But the forest minister did not pay any heed to his advice. The other attendees of the meeting were awestruck due to this unexpected incident. This clearly shows that everything is not alright in BJP.
Later Sham Choudhary announced that he will provide eight hand pumps to each MLA for their constituencies but the annoyed Ch. Lal Singh declined the offer.
