| Jammu, Feb 3: Jammu and Kashmir Durga Nath Trust (JKDNT) has observed that the decisions taken by Vijay Bakaya as president of Trust would be reversed. According to press release issued by DNT, it states that Vijay Bakaya had submitted his resignation as president on March 3, 2014 which was accepted. "All the decisions taken by Bakaya in the order of October 7, 2014 unilaterally not as per the Trust constitution, High Court order of September 2013 and not as per registered Trust deep of March 2007, are reversed by the Board under the chairperson and senior most trustee who was nominated/elected unanimously as interim president with all the executive powers of president", it further reads. It further stated that Upender Wali ceased to be the administrator of DN Trust Srinagar with immediate effect. |
