Yoga training camp for Naval cadets inaugurated at MHAC School 5/4/2015 10:15:41 PM Early Times Report Jammu, May 4 : First Jammu and Kashmir Naval Unit, Srinagar was orgainsed ten days Yoga training camp for cadets at MHAC School, Nagbani from May 4 to 13, 2015. According to press release, the 10 day long Yoga camp was inaugurated by the Principal MHAC School Alok Betab and apprised the cadets of the importance of Yoga in personality development. Surinder Pathak Yoga expert at MHAC will be training the cadets in Surya Namaskar, Pranayam, various Asans and Meditation in 10 day Camp.
