Bhaderwah development works suffer for want of SDM 5/4/2015 10:37:00 PM Early Times Report BHADERWAH, May 4: The vacant post of Sub Divisional Magistrate , Bhaderwah from the last so many months has badly affected the works of SDM office Bhaderwah and people are the worst suffers . According to reports, following the promotion of SDM Bhaderwah to DC Doda several months ago, the authorities have not filled up the post with the result the key project of central government is badly affected in the area and people are also the worst suffers. Reports said scores of land acquisition cases have been completed by the authorities but are pending for want of final approval of the collector. Reports suggest that the non-availability of the collector has badly hampered PMGSY as the locals whose land had been acquired for road construction are not allowing the authorities to start the work as their payments are withheld.The people are quite aghast over the state government's apathetic attitude towards Bhaderwah and alleged some back back SDM Thatri was given the additional charge of SDM Bhaderwah which is unacceptable to us and demanded full-fledged SDM in Bhaderwah as soon as possible . Several delegations met this Journalist and sought immediate relief. The residents said that they are facing numerous problems with respect to the various matters related to the SDM office adding that repeated pleas in this regard have fallen on deaf ears.It is notable to mention here that many KAS / IAS officers of Bhaderwah town are serving in other parts of the state and nation and they should be given a chance to serve their own place as they knows how to win the minds and hearts of the people and maintained work culture and good governance. Two SDMs one Ravi Thakur who is a resident of Bhaderwah town is presently posted at Ramsoo, Ramban SDM and other Zameer Reshu who is also resident of Bhaderwah is presently posted as SDM Gool, Ramban in new administrative units , among two one officer should be posted as SDM Bhaderwah for the welfare of area as they knows how to deal with their own people and both are competent officers and for their honesty are famous in whole state also .   Share This News with Your Friends on Social Network     Comment on this Story
