DSS constitutes unit at Udhampur 6/26/2015 12:05:17 AM Early Times Report Jammu. June 25: Dogra Sadar Sabha president Gulchain Singh Charak today constituted a unit at Udhampur in which he appointed Ajay Gupta as organizing secretary, Krishan Kumar and Arvind Singh Manhas as President and General Secretary of Dogra Sadar Sabha Udhampur unit. According to press release, the newly appointed members were authorized to constitute the Tehsil, Block and Village Level units of Dogra Sadar Sabha in their district as per the constitution of the Sabha. While congratulating the newly appointed office bearers Charak said that the Sabha being the oldest, democratic, secular and social organization of the state has always strived for the realization of its aims and objectives as had been laid down by the founders of the Sabha and pined hope in the newly appointed office bearers that they will also carry forward the pious agenda of the Sabha which will certainly strengthen the organization in the State in general and Udhmapur district in particular.
