BJP's dubious approach! 6/26/2015 12:12:24 AM After the June 4, 2013 arrest of encounter specialist, SI Shiv Kumar Sharma alias Sonu for his alleged terror links in Doda district, BJP had raised a hue and cry, accusing the state police administration of having implicated him in a wrong case as per a conspiracy. The issue was that time raised by the state BJP leadership and some of its national leaders at every public platform. Now, when the party is in power in the state in alliance with PDP, it has so far done nothing to get the alleged conspiracy angle probed by an independent agency. This speaks of the BJP's dubious approach towards its this "vital" issue. If the party was so sure that Sonu had been wrongly implicated in the case for his active role in eradicating militancy from Doda district, the issue should have been on its priority list after it came to power.
