HC orders status-quo over Adda Fee issue 6/27/2015 11:51:51 PM Early Times Report Jammu, June 27: In a petition filed by Bus Association & other aggrieved of NIT for collection of Adda Fees for interstate buses/tempo/taxies from BC Road Side and matadors/taxies from Gumat to Indra Chowk side, the Vacation Judge of J&K High Court Jammu Wing ordered that status-quo shall be maintained. After hearing both sides, the Vacation Judge of J&K High Court Jammu Wing issued notice to JDA and ors and in the meanwhile ordered that status-quo shall be maintained. Earlier during the course of arguments Adv Ajay Vaid appearing for the petitioner stated that as per information received through RTI from that land is developed and maintained by the PWD- BC Road Division and there is no agreement of said division with JDA to develop or maintain the said land or to collect Adda fees for interstate buses/tempo/taxies from BC Road Side and matadors/taxies from Gumat to Indra Chowk.
