JKNPP appeals people to participate in rally on July 4 7/3/2015 11:36:58 PM Early Times Report Jammu, July 3: Jammu and Kashmir National Panthers Party has appealed people to participate in the scheduled rally of July 4, being organized to end discrimination with Jammu province. Addressing press conference, Neeraj Gupta Zonal President JKNPP said that the rally would start from outside Radio Station Panjtirthi and would be led by Prof. Bhim Singh Chief Patron JKNPP, Harsh Dev Singh Chairman Balwant Singh Mankotia State President, Yash Pal Kundal State Youth President and other senior leaders of the party. He said that every citizen of Jammu who wants to fight against the discrimination with Jammu must join this rally because this rally meant to fight for Jammu. He said that the BJP has surrendered before the Kashmiri Rulers for lust of powers. This coalition Government is proved to be a total failure.
