Kathua, Sept 10: Nehru Yuva Kendra, Kathua implemented Punarjagaran Abhiyan in 103 villages of Kathua District & Publicize, promote, sensitize public to participate in various national flagship programmes.
As a culmination of Punarjagran Abhiyan, a District Convention organized at Bharti Palace, Nagri on 10th of September 2015 and Rajiv Jasrotia, MLA Kathua Constituency was the Chief Guest on the occasion.
In his address, he impressed that Modi Government have launched various Programmes, Schemes, initiatives in various fields for Social Security, General welfare & Development, Skill Development for employment generation and National Security and overall development in all fronts. Same time it is imperative that such welfare schemes must reach at the door steps of the needy and programmes like Punarjagran Abhiyan are very useful in fill up the gap between the Scheme and beneficiaries.
Sukhdve Singh, Zonal Director, Nehru Yuva Kendra Sangathan, in his address urged upon Youth to come forward and organize themselves in Youth Clubs and Mahila Mandals and play active role in social and national development.
Som Datt Zard, District Youth Coordinator briefed about the initiative taken during the Punarjagran Abhiyan in 103 villages and educated over 10000 persons and female in majority on flagship programmes of government and also organized general public to face the challenges to root out the social evils from the society collectively. |
