| Health Minister turns to Astrology, gets door changed for good luck | | |

JAMMU, Sept 10: Believe it or not but Minister for Health and Medical Education has turned to astrology for reasons best known to him.
If the sources in the Civil Secretariat are to be believed, Health Minister got the entrance door of his office changed. They said that Health Minister wanted to get the door of his office changed since someone had told him that the door was not in the right direction.
They further said that he was told about door being in the wrong direction and hence, inauspicious things were happening to him. Sources affirmed that he got convinced and immediately requested Estates Department to change direction of the door. Bending to his wish, the department worked overnight and changed the direction of the door, said the sources.
They maintained that Health Minister, who was once a staunch Congressman and later joined BJP, is finding it difficult to gel with BJP rank and file since they still consider him an outsider. Sources asserted that he is doing everything possible on earth to ensure he is considered the most trusted lieutenant of BJP National President Amit Shah.
They further said that it is due to this reason that he is even visiting soothsayers, palmists and astrologers to know how he could ensure stars are favourable to him. Sources said that he has already faced ire of the BJP leadership in New Delhi for being in news for all the wrong reasons. They added that New Delhi has clearly told J&K Health Minister to mend ways and ensure that he remains non-controversial in future.
He changed the door of his office since he had been told that it was not in the right direction and Vastushastra demanded that it be in the right direction for good things to happen to him in future, said official sources. He added that not only Health Minister, three other Ministers of BJP twice changed the direction of their tables to ensure luck favours them. |
