Mattoo's day out with CM `I am with the boss' 9/10/2015 11:58:11 PM Early Times Report Jammu, Sept 10: Former Vice Chancellor of Jammu University, Amitabh Matoo's appointment as Chief Minister's advisor has proved a shot in the arm for Mufti Muhammad Sayeed. Known for his administrative skills, Mattoo made many a head turn during his visit to the town and showed why he is important. He also showed why he is `with the boss'. Mattoo conveyed positive signals by attending all the meetings chaired by Chief Minister since yesterday. Today, Mattoo accompanied the CM to Basoli, was part of the CM's review meeting of University of Jammu. Professor Mattoo also accompanied the CM and Education Minister to the inaugural function of Ranbir Higher Secondary Model School. Later in the evening Mattoo accompanied the Deputy Chief Minister to the Jagti migrant camp.
