Congress activists flay Govt for failure on many fronts 10/1/2015 10:44:34 PM Early Times Report Kathua, Oct 1: In a meeting organized by Hiranagar Block Congress Committee today in which a large number of Panchs, Sarpanches and other activists partricipated and Distt Congress Committee President Subash Gupta presided over the meeting. Showing strong resentment for governments' failure in restoring water, power and ration supply in different parts of the district ,the various representatives said that the government has totally failed in providing basic amenities to people. During meeting ,the representatives hailing from various villages brought to the notice of President ,DCC that motors pumps of a number of tube wells have been damaged , deep drilled hand pump installed for providing drinkinjg water are not functioning since last so many days which has led to an acute scarcity of drinking water.
