Jammu, Oct 7: Jammu District Kabaddi Championship on 2nd day underway at Indoor Complex, M.A. Stadium Jammu.
The teams in girls section qualified for Semi final included K.V. No.1 Gandhi Nagar, Govt. Women College Parade Jammu, Vishwa Bharti Akalpur and Govt. Girls High School Nowabad.
Balbir Singh, chairman Jammu Marketing society was the chief Guest while the other prominent who were present included, Inderjeet Sharma Distt. President, Ravi Singh, Manager Indoor Stadium, Anil Modi Org. Secretary, Kuldeep Kumar Gupta, General Secretary, Surinder Mohan Gupta, Joint Secretary, Anil Sharma Coach and other Senior Player of J&K Police as well as the Junior Player of the Jammu District. Balbir Singh appreciated the role of Jammu District Kabaddi Association for promoting the "Swadeshi Games Kabaddi" .
He also distributed the letter of eligibility to first eight teams in Girls Section for Junior Gold Cup-2015 which is scheduled to be held in the last week of Oct. 2015 at Green Field Gandhi Nagar Jammu. |
