Minister speaks with a hand in pocket, MLCs object 10/7/2015 11:19:35 PM Early Times Report Srinagar, Oct 7: Transport minister Abdul Ghani Kholi today faced embracement in the legislative council after BJP and PDP legislators objected to his style of replying to their queries with one of his hands in the pocket. PDP and BJP legislators asked the minister to put his left hand out of his pocket as it tantamounted to "indiscipline and disrespect" to the House and urged upon the council chairmen to issue a directive in this regard. The MLCs raised the issue after they found the minister replying to their queries with a hand in his pocket. On the basis of the objections raised by the legislators and direction issued by the chairman, the minister drew his hand out of his pocket and then replied the questions.
