GDC Gool organizes lecture on Blood donation awareness 10/8/2015 12:29:29 AM Early Times Report ramban, Oct 7: Government Degree College Gool, today organized a lecture on Blood Donation awareness in college premises in collaboration with J&K State Aid prevention and control society, Department of Health and Medical Education. Dr. Chander Shekhar, principal of the college welcomed the resource person and also in his address, he said that Blood donation is the mother of all donations and stressed upon holding such program in educational institutes to create awareness among the student community. Dr. Bashir Ahmed Tragwal, BMO Gool was the resource person who threw light on various aspects of blood donation facility and blood products. Students from various schools and colleges attended the lecture and actively participated in discussion. Prominent among others who attended the lecture include Dr Mir Zamrooda, Mohd Tahir Mir. Nawshad Hussain Wani, Dr Fayaz Ahmed and Mukash kummar.
