Beopar Mandal elects new executive body 11/17/2015 11:18:25 PM Eary Times Report Udhampur, Nov 17: The Beopar Mandal Udhampur elected its new executive body and elected Surinder Singh Khalsa as new president for the next term. According to spokesperson, four candidates were in fray with their selected executive body members teams for the posts of president . He said the polling started on Monday at 7:00am and completed at 6:00pm at Town Hall Udhampur and the election commissioner announced result early in the morning. Election commissioner declared Surinder Singh Khalsa winner who defeated his nearest rival Vikram Singh Salathiya. Other members declared elected for different posts included Vijay Kumar as Senior Vice President, Narinder Kumar as Vice President, Anil Vasanity as General Secretary, Sanjeev Sharma as Secretary, Depaanker Gupta as Joint-cum-Publicity Secretary and Kuldeep Kumar as treasurer.
