| Screening test of ReT teachers a joke : IM | | |

Poonch, Feb 7: The decision of former education minister to conduct screening test is a ungraceful joke with ReT teachers, who being abused in state. Javid Iqbal president of Insaaf Movement (IM), a social organization, today expressed his anguish over government decision in which it ordered for screening tests of ReT teachers, and said what kind of decision has taken by former state coalition.
He said that the government ordered for all over screening test of ReT teacher, after that it changed the decision and said screening tests for only those who have obtained the degrees from study centres or distance mode.
Reshi suggested UGC to close all study centres and distance mode education from India and open the universities at district level because students not afford to seek education from other city due to lack of facilities, as Jammu and Kashmir government not accept this type of fake education.
Many lecturers, professors and general line teachers even many IAS and KAS officers are selected on behalf of these degrees. Why only ReT teachers are chosen for screening test? He questioned. |
