| CP workers hold protest, demand regularization | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, Feb 8: All J&K CP Workers/DRW Association held a demonstration here today under the Chairmanship of Advisor Kulbhushan Singh.
Hundreds of CP Workers participated in the demonstration in which they highlighted their long pending demands.
Addressing the protesters, Kulbhushan Singh said that the PDP-BJP coalition government had promised that the regularization policy will be framed three months but nothing has been done till date in this regard nor the government released the pending wages of the CP Workers. He demanded that the regularization policy of CP Workers/DRW should be framed and announced as soon as possible so that the CP Workers get the much needed relief.
A deputation of CP workers also met with the Chief Engineer PHE Department Jammu in this regard and highlighted their demands before him. |
