Students brings laurel to Vishwa Bharati 2/9/2016 12:05:04 AM Early Times Report Jammu, Feb 8 : Students of Vishwa Bharati Public Higher Secondary School Akalpur Morh today brought laurels to school by winning of two silver and three bronze medals in National Thai Boxing Championship which was held at Maharashtra. According to press release, eight students from Vishwa Bharati School, six boys and two girls participated in the championship. Komal Shangloo and Bhavana Salgotra won silver medals and Arjun Gupta, Ansh Sharma and Gourav Sharma won bronze medals. The other participants Prince Sharma, Ankit Verma and Sourav Gupta got participation certificates. Apart from medals and certificates one of the students Gourav Sharma has been selected for International Level Championship. All these players were well-trained by the sports teacher Joginder Singh. The school Principal Prof. Annapurna Koul congratulated the students and admired the sports teachers and the coach Keshav Singh, Technical Director Thai Boxing Association, Jammu (J&K) for their diligent efforts to prepare the students for such in marvellous performance at National Level Championship.   Share This News with Your Friends on Social Network     Comment on this Story
