Jammu, Apr 13: To express condolence on the demise of brother of Ex MLA Kalakote, a team of Youth National Conference today visited his native village in Kalakote area of Rajouri and also demanded a Magistrate inquiry into the incident of Mandi village of Poonch wherein one boy died and a lady got injured due to alleged negligence of Power Development Department. A team of Youth National Conference led by Ajaz Jan, Provincial President and comprising of Chowdhary Haroon, Vice president Jammu province, K.D Singh, Provincial Secretary, Rohit Bali, Youth vice president Jammu province, Khalid Jahangir Malik, Youth President Reasi, Waqar lone, Joint Secretary Jammu Province, Riaz Malik, Youth District President Samba, Rakesh Kumar, youth president Kathua, Rohit Kerni, youth President Jammu district, Jitender Chib, youth president SunderbanI, Raju Thakur, Tejinder Singh, Joint Secretary Province, Devender Mehta, S Aman Cheema, Nitish Gowswami, Muzamil Teli and Asif Ali visited village Sialsui in the house of Ex MLA Kalakote, Thakur Rashpal Singh and paid condolence on the sad demise of his younger brother Ranjit Singh who died four days back. YNC leaders paid condolence on the sad demise and prayed for peace of departed soul. Meanwhile Youth National Conference has demanded a Magistrate inquiry into the incident of Mandi and compensation of ten lakh rupees to the affected families " Incident has taken place due to negligence of PDD as people were demanding repair of snapped transformer since several days but department was mum and such negligence led to the loss of a precious life of a boy and left a lady injured " Ajaz Jan said. He also contacted district administration to ensure proper medical treatment of the injured lady and also pressed the demand of compensation to the affected families. |
