AJKLTF holds meet, discusses various issues 5/15/2016 9:51:00 PM Jammu, May 15: A meeting of the All Jammu, Kashmir & Ladakh Teacher's Federation held today under the Chairmanship of Balwan Singh Jamwal and discussed various resolutions. Meeting took strong exception to the fact that side tracking this federation's demands in particular and the teaching community's view point in general that all administrative posts of the school education department be filled from amongst the ranks of the school teachers. The successive State Governments are going ahead with their policy of imposing the KAS and other cadres at the cost of School teachers. Paradoxically if the rumors going on in the administrative circle of the School Education Department are taken on the face values, it appears that the State Govt. will not hesitate from appointing Joint Director from the extra departmental cadres. This Federation while condemning in strongest possible words the tendency of usurping the posts of School Teachers strongly pleads for filling up of all posts of Joint Directors, Board of School Education be exclusively be filled from amongst the school cadre.
