National Conference SC/OBC cell organizes one day convention 5/15/2016 11:30:38 PM Early Times Report Kathua, May 15: National Conference SC/OBC cell today organised a one day convention at Kathua to rejuvenate the party and make it more vibrant. The workers of the District body as well as the Youth wing too participated in the function. Locals in large numbers also joined in and made the function a grand success. Ex.
