Provide adequate security to migrant employees | | | Early Times Report JAMMU, July 9: The migrant employees working in different parts of Valley feel sense of in security as violence broke out followed by the killing of Hizbul Mujabideen top commander Burhan Wani by the security forces in Kokernagh the other day. Talking to Early Times on phone the social activist Sunil Pandita urged the authorities to provide the security cover to migrant employees who were working in different parts of valley and were feeling a sense of insecurity due to violence that broke out in entire Srinagar after the death of a militant commander by security forces. Pandita while expressing concern for migrant employees in general and those residing in Haal Camp in particular, said stone pelting on the employees camp and torching the vehicles is condemnable and warned trouble mongers not to harass hapless employees. Pandita urged authorities to provide adequate security to employees of Haal Camp who have been terrorized by the miscreants for the last two days. It is pertinent to mention here that there are 80 female and 129 male employees housed in Haal Transit Camp, sources said. |
