Awareness camp organized 7/10/2016 10:56:46 PM Early Times Report Samba, July 10: Horticulture Department Samba organised one-day awareness camp at village Hardullian, panchayat Karad block, Sumb on the directions of member parliament Jugal Kishore Sharma in which more than 50 farmers participated including panchayat members & farm women. The officers of the department made the farmers aware about various schemes of the department & also provided practical training for grafting technique of mango. 200 fruit plants of lime, galgal & papaya were also distributed among the farmers. The camp was organized under the guidance of chief Horticulture officer Samba Ajit Kumar Sharma. V K Gupta district level subject matter specialist and S. Davinder Singh HDO Samba provided technical training and awareness to the farmers.
