| AEE PHE ignores work, enjoys life! | | |  Early Times Report
Kathua, July 10: At a time when a large army of uneducated unemployed youth is waiting for opportunity to serve, those who have secured government jobs and occupy responsible positions are indulging in conduct un warranted of their positions.
In one such case, an AEE of PHE Division Kathua is seen playing cards and games on his phone during office hours. People who come to this public office for their various works have to return empty handed as the said officer remains busy playing games on his mobile.
Pertinently, hundreds of daily wagers/rated of different wings in PHE department, owners of private hired vehicles and contractors cry for clearance of liability and remuneration. Daily rated workers perform their duties round the clock, but have not been paid for last 38 months. While government has no funds to pay their pending salaries, officers like this erring AEE who play games and waste their crucial time are paid fat salaries every month.
Local people have appealed the authorities to take cognizance of the complaints against the said AEE and transfer him to a peripheral post as he is already waiting order for his adjustment. |
