Abandoned shell defused in Bari Brahmana 7/29/2016 10:56:52 PM Early Times Report jammu, July 29: A tragedy was averted on Friday when an abandoned shell found in Bari Brahmana area was defused. Police sources said the shell was found in Bari Brahmana canal near SIDCO (State Industrial Development Corporation) Chowk in late last night.
