Narco peddler held with 150 gms 'Ganja' | | | Early Times Report Jammu, Aug 3: Police today arrested two persons and recovered 150 grams of 'Ganja' from their possession during a naka under jurisdiction of Domana police. Earlier in similar naka checking Panthirthi police have arrested a non local drug peddler and recovered around 500 gms of ganja from his possession on Tuesday. Police spokesman said that Domana police under the supervision of Inspector Rajeshwar Singh Slathia while on Naka duty at Domana intercepted one wagnor car bearing registration No JK02BB-9787. "On search of the vehicle police recovered 150 gms ganja from the possession of driver namely Harthik son of Late Udhay krishan and his accomplice Rajat passi son of Vinay Passi both residents of Janipur Colony Jammu, police said. Earlier, Police yesterday arrested a non local drug peddler and recovered around 500 gms of 'Ganja' from his possession. Police spokesman said that during a special naka checking at circular road a person namely Badri Parsad son of Kirti Ram of Tundra Distt Raipur Chhattisgarh presently staying at Panjtirthi was arrested alongwith 500 gms of Ganja. A case registered in this connection has been registered at Pacca Danga and investigation initiated. The catch was made by in-charge police post Panjtirthi SI Vikas Hans under the supervision of SDPO North Vivek Shekhar and overall supervision of SP City North Vinod Kumar. |
