Srinagar, Aug 3: Union Minister of State (MoS) for Home Kiran Rajiju is visiting Leh in Ladakh region in Jammu and Kashmir on August 15 to attend the concluding function of BSF Para Cycling Expedition.
A BSF spokesman said here this evening that cycling expedition is being organized in association with Aditya Mehta foundation from Manali, Himachal Pradesh (HP) to Khardung La, Leh, in Ladakh region in Jammu and Kashmir from August 5 to August 15, 2016 for psychological empowerment of disabled Personnel to make them able to overcome initial inhibitions. He said Rijiju has given his kind consent to grace the lag-In function with proper flag hoisting ceremony on August 15, which is coinciding with the Independence Day. Rajiju will also address a press conference, BSF spokesman said. |
