CPI appeals for peace in valley 8/17/2016 11:28:14 PM Early Times Report Jammu, Aug 17: Communist Party of India, Jammu & Kashimr State Council appealed all peace loving people of the state to maintain peace in the valley. The detereioting situation is most unhealthy fought with serious consequences if continued unabated. The Council appealed to Central and State Government to take effective measures to bring back normalcy in the valley without wasting further time. The detereioting situation is going to have serious consequences on the development of the state besides effecting tourism in the valley. The council appeals to the Centre Government as well as the State Government to bring back normalcy immediately. The people are passing through a very crucial phase. The inefficiency and inability of the state Government to tackle the situation turned the peaceful atmosphere in the valley into an explosive situation which is now beyond the control of the state Govt. The losses could have been avoided had the issue been addressed in the time. This political discontent in the state is the result of extensive erosion effected on its autonomous character and it's constitutional relationship which it enjoyed prior to 1952 unless and until Government of India does not acknowledge the fact in respect of its constitutional relationship of the state prior 1952, no breakthrough can be achieved.   Share This News with Your Friends on Social Network     Comment on this Story
