CUJ Students leave for Manali 9/25/2016 11:35:22 PM Jammu, Sept 25: A group comprised of 28 students, including 15 girls from the Department of Tourism and Travel Management (TTM) of Central University of Jammu, today left for Leadership Development Camp being organised at Manali, Himachal Pradesh. According to press release this initiative has been taken by the Department of Tourism and Travel Management for providing hands on training to the students under the leadership of Prof Ashok Aima, Vice Chancellor, Central University of Jammu. The group was flagged off by Dr Jaya Basin of Tourism and Travel Management. This week long tour is a part of the curriculum in which Leadership Development Camp (LDC) is a unique initiative of DTTM, instituted with an objective to sensitize the budding tourism professionals towards the ground level reality of tourism and practicum that attempt to connect classroom learning with real time environment.
