Secy H&ME proposes senior, Minister plays truant Appointment of DHSJ 9/30/2016 11:33:22 PM Early Times Report Jammu, Sept 30: The hollow claims of Minister for Health and Medical Education department to follow the seniority list for appointment of officials in various capacities under H&ME department proved hollow after a junior doctor was appointed as Director Health Services Jammu (DHSJ), setting aside the seniority list. If sources are to be believed the Secretary H&ME department has proposed the name of senior most doctor in Health Department for the post of director but at eleventh hours, Minister for H&ME department has disposed his proposal and appointed an allegedly junior doctor as DSHJ. Sources also said that everyone were accepting the name of senior doctor for the post till today's afternoon but everyone in the department was surprised when outgoing Director gave charge to an allegedly junior doctor. The issue has been become talk of the town. "Last few days, it was confirmed that the senior doctor would be DHS Jammu as he is first number in seniority list and everyone in Health department wanted to follow the seniority list so that everyone who in seniority list get chance to be a senior/ head of the department but today's decision of H&ME Department has been raised many eye-brows, "officials Sources told, seeking anonymity.   Share This News with Your Friends on Social Network     Comment on this Story
