Samba people seek works for local contractors 10/16/2016 10:57:22 PM Neeraj Badyal Early Times Report SAMBA, Oct 16: The government has failed giving benefits to the local contractors in samba district. The government is accused of promoting and encouraging the contractors from outside and from other states. Gambier Singh told Early Times that local contractors face a lot of difficulties for getting works in industries. He opposed giving works to contractors from outside state. "If this policy continues, then the factories must be shifted from Samba," he said. He added that the state government had been warned against giving works to outside contractors but nothing moved.
