Police reunites missing Bihar man with his family after 2½ years | | | Rajesh Tandon Early Times Report Poonch, Oct 25: Police today in a dramatic manner traced a missing person from Bihar for over two and half years and reunited him with his family. According to police sources, a man identified as Faroj Kumar S/o Vishu Nath Parsad of Bihar was traced incidentally by police. "SHO Poonch Jatindar Raina saw a ailing beggar in Poonch who in an humanitarian approach brought him to Police Station where he was given medicare and the food as well. During the process police asked his whereabouts but he failed to recollect due to unsound mental condition, but as it happened by Almighty's grace a Jawan from 72Bn CRPF Sanjay Kumar recognized him and sent his picture to his family members. Soon after getting the news from the Poonch police, the family members of missing person came to Poonch and police after legal formalities handed over the person to his family. During the handing over occasion DySP headquarter Mohan Lal Sharma, SHO Poonch Jatindar Raina and SI Altaf Ahmed were presents on the occasion while the family of missing person have appreciated the Poonch police for reuniting them with their kin. |
