The petitioner's counsel was told by the court that session 'starts from November to November which means students have studied for approximately eight months and could have completed more than half of the syllabus'. The court also questioned the authentication of the petitioner association and said whether it was registered or not to which the counsel failed to reply. After arguing for while, the petitioner sought withdrawal of the PIL and the court dismissed it as withdrawn.
