| Remote village Mori of Tehsil Bunjwah without electricity since last 2 month | | | Raja Shafqat Sheikh

Bunjwah, Oct 27: It is a matter of concern that Power Development Department in Bunjwah is a eyewash only as no improvement to be seen on ground . As it was not enough that electricity cuts and flat rates was routine of PDD , despite collecting huge amount as monthly fare from consumers PDD failed in installation of iron poles for linking of transformer in village Mori of Tehsil Bunjwah.
Eyewitness proves that how PDD is behaving with inhibitants of Bunjwah .
Not only in village Mori where residents are without electricity from last two months due to non availability of poles as various transformers are installed on wooden poles and wires are attached with green trees .
As many repeated requests were made before PDD officers and legislatures, reality differs to its fiction as they put blind eyes toward Bunjwah .
In village Mori transformer was installed some year ago that was damaged , and not exchanged from last 2 months. Till day it remains in same position as students are facing board exams and are not in position to study during night hours.
General public of village Mori had demanded personal intervention of J&K CM Mehbooba Mufti to personally intervene over this issue and take necessary steps in directing concerned department for early maintenance of electricity. |
